We aim to witness thrilling weather events, such as hail, wall clouds, shelf clouds, lightning displays, supercell thunderstorms, tornadoes, and much more. We strive to get as close to the action as possible while prioritizing safety.
 
 • Accommodations: 
  • Book Your Own Lodging (Budget-Friendly Option): Manage your own lodging each night within ~5 miles of our planned stop. We’ll confirm our evening location by early evening. This is ideal for those on a budget or looking to stay in specific hotels.

 • Return Time: 
  • The tour will conclude by 5:00 PM on the last day (July 10th). Please plan your departure accordingly.

  • Please note that meals are not included.

We’ll reposition for the next system or explore local sites, ensuring an enjoyable experience even if storms don’t fully cooperate.

    Multiple Tours Discount:

        •   Save $200 off the total price when booking two or more consecutive tours.

     

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on the tour.

    Balance Payment: The remaining balance for the tour is due by March1st. If the full payment is made at the time of booking, it is refundable minus the $500 deposit if canceled before March 1st.

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made before March 1st will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the $500 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made on or after March 1st are non-refundable.

    No-Show Policy: If a participant does not show up for the tour, all payments made will be non-refundable.
